The activities that highlight our quality inititives are us of AGS (Automatic Guided Vehicles for material Handling which reduces material handling rejections and breakages. We use LPG for firing which has a better dispersion and hence maintainance of equivalent temperature and reduction in smoke, for uniform tile quality and surface finish.

The raw material are indigenous mostly but the critical materials are imported to maintain the quality of products.

The People are all well trained with Job specific and Refresher training sessions to ensure that we move up the quality chart on a consisten basis.

The Processes are under constant vigil for improvement if needed. This enables up to keep our costs in control in the competetive market.
